After accumulating vast experience and notable achievements in the real estate industry, Giovanni Castro joined forces with Adhemar Felipe to establish a venture providing per-project and full building management services. Their mission is to ensure seamless operations and maintenance for completed buildings, overseeing maintenance, repairs, security, and tenant services within the New York area.

We are a team of dedicated New Yorkers and Brooklynites, who deeply value our neighborhoods and communities. Our mission is to maintain exceptional standards for the buildings we serve and foster a strong sense of community within each property.

  • With over 20 years experience in NYC real estate, Giovanni has long understood what is required to efficiently manage a property. Now working as a developer himself, Gio prides himself (and his team) on providing the most well-rounded management team in the five-boroughs.

    FUN FACT - Gio can kill 9 out of 10 landed flies.

  • Our co-founder Adhemar, has been working within the construction industry for more than 10 years. He personally oversees or handles all jobs pertaining to minor renovations or superintendent services.

    FUN FACT - Adhemar is trilingual.

  • Kevin is the head of our operations department, providing support and assistance to both the tenants and our field teams with the goal of making each visit end with a permanent resolution. With ample experience in customer service, Kevin understands that forging a strong relationship between management and tenants is of the utmost importance.

    FUN FACT - Kevin has exactly 1,051 freckles.

  • Meet Shawn, our in-house electrician and field team general manager. With extensive expertise in property management and electrical work, he oversees our team to deliver top-notch services and efficiently resolve client issues.

  • Kelvin, or KJ as we know him, is the newest member of our field team and our in-house carpenter. With ample experience in residential units, KJ is prepared and ready to take care of any emergencies our tenants may experience. FUN FACT - KJ is an experienced guitar player.
